Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

Adjustments and Corrections

If adjustments are needed due to our error or oversight, we will correct the work free of charge. Please bring the garment back to our studio within 7 days of pickup for evaluation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Work completed according to agreed specifications
  • Customer changes their mind after work is completed
  • Garments damaged by customer after pickup
  • Work requested on garments that were already damaged beyond repair

Unclaimed Garments

Garments not picked up within 90 days of completion may be disposed of. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposal. Storage fees may apply for extended storage periods.

Process for Returns or Adjustments

  1. Contact us within the specified timeframe
  2. Bring the garment to our studio for evaluation
  3. We will assess the issue and determine the best solution
  4. Adjustments will be made free of charge if the issue is due to our work
